There is no contact form here on purpose. A form would mean collecting your details on a server, and the whole point of this thing is that there isn't one. Your own email client keeps you in control of what you send.
The things most worth writing about
- A rate looks wrong. The mileage rates and the National Living Wage change, usually each April. If one is out of date, that is a real bug in the product and it gets fixed the same week. Send the figure and where you saw the right one.
- The maths is off. Every sum is on screen so it can be checked. If a line does not add up, tell me the numbers you put in.
- Something is missing. A cost the calculator ignores, a kind of work it does not fit, a figure you have to work out on paper first. This is the most useful mail I get.
- It broke. Say which phone and browser, and what you were doing.
- Data or privacy. Covered on the GDPR page, but ask anyway if it is not clear.

What to expect
This is one person, not a company with a support desk, so a reply takes a day or two rather than an hour. A wrong published rate jumps the queue over everything else, because that one makes the tool actively misleading. Data protection requests get a reply inside a month, which is the legal deadline, and usually much sooner.
Who runs it
Zippabout is built and run by Sotiris Spyrou in England and Wales. It came out of writing Grift, Inc., a book about companies that quietly got worse at their customers' and workers' expense. The book is at griftinc.com. This is the opposite of the thing the book is about, which is the only reason it exists.
