Type in what the job offers and Zippabout shows what it really pays per hour after your costs.
Total time means door to door: driving, plus the wait at pickup and drop-off.

What you driveThe default cost per mile is HMRC's approved mileage rate for your vehicle: 55.0p a mile. 55p a mile for the first 10,000 business miles in a year, then 25p. Electric cars and vans use the same rate. It is a public rule-of-thumb figure meant to cover fuel plus wear, not a measurement of your vehicle. Change it to your real running cost if you know it, or use the helper above.
Your floor is the least you will take home per hour, after costs. You decide it. It starts at £12.71, the National Living Wage for people aged 21 and over from April 2026. That is a reference point, not an entitlement: self-employed workers are not covered by the minimum wage, and an employee on that rate also gets holiday pay and a pension, which you do not. A lot of people set their floor higher for that reason.
